BUDGET HEARING MINUTES
Wednesday, November 12th, 2025
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Mike Metcalf called the November 12th, 2025 special meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
PRESENT: Chairman Mike Metcalf, Supervisor Josh Fornengo, Supervisor Bryan Holter (via conference call), Clerk Ryan Brennan, Treasurer Mona Velebir, Ron Gallagher, Dan & Nicole Sear, Billy Fish, Phil & Deb Jackson, Matt Holter
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
PRESENTATION OF FY 2026 BUDGET: Clerk Ryan Brennan provided copies of the proposed FY 2026 budget summary to those in attendance. Chairman Mike Metcalf then presented a PowerPoint slideshow of the proposed FY 2026 budget, which summarized details on revenue, expenses, debt, proposed road projects, FEMA funding, and contributions from all members of the town board. For FY 2026, budgeted revenue is $719,634 and budgeted expenses are $719,331, projecting a net positive cash flow of $303.
APPROVAL OF FY 2026 BUDGET: With no objections from those in attendance to the proposed FY 2026 budget, Chairman Mike Metcalf motioned to conduct a voice vote regarding the approval and adoption of the proposed FY 2026 budget: 3 votes in support (Mike Metcalf, Josh Fornengo, Bryan Holter), 0 votes in opposition. Unanimous support. Motion approved.
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Mike Metcalf motioned to adjourn at 7:20 p.m. Supervisor Josh Fornengo seconded. Motion approved. Meeting was adjourned.
