TOWN OF BLAINE
CAUCUS MEETING MINUTES

January 19, 2021 7:00 p.m.

Chairman Drake called the Caucus to order at 7:00 p.m. and addressed what positions were available for nomination.

Present were Chairman Vern Drake, Supervisor Josh Fornengo, Supervisor Jessica Estridge, Clerk Charla Zaccardi, Treasurer Mona Velebir, Bryan Holter, Matt Holter, Bill Fish, Dori Willett, Jennifer and Kent Klausing, Ron and Sandy Gallagher, Nicole and Dan Sear, Brandie Fornengo, Bonnie Young, Steve Lundeen and Ron and Sharon Proffit.

Chairman Vern Drake explained how the caucus works.

• Nominations were opened for Town Chairman.

Supervisor Josh Fornengo nominated Supervisor Jessica Estridge, Billy Fish 2^nd the nomination.

Chairman Drake asked if there were any more nominations once, and then, a second time. Hearing none, nominations were closed for Town Chairman.

• Nominations were opened for Supervisors – there are two positions available.

Supervisor Jessica Estridge nominated Josh Fornengo, Billy Fish 2^nd the nomination.

Supervisor Jessica Estridge nominated Bryan Holter, Brandie Fornengo 2^nd the nomination.

Chairman Vern Drake nominated Steve Yezek, Ron Gallagher 2^nd the nomination.

Chairman Vern Drake asked if there were any more nominations once, and then, a second time. Hearing none, nominations were closed for Supervisor.

• Nominations were opened for Treasurer.

Supervisor Jessica Estridge nominated Mona Velebir, Sharon Proffit 2^nd the nomination.

Chairman Vern Drake asked if there were any more nominations once, and then, a second time. Hearing none, nominations were closed for Treasurer.

Chairman Vern Drake made a motion to adjourn at 7:15 p.m. Ron Gallagher seconded. Motion passed.  Meeting was adjourned.
